My Interview with Joseph Sansone
Updates on our case against the University of California's illegal Covid bioweapons shots mandate
I sat down with Dr. Joseph Sansone, author of the Substack “Mind, Matters, and Everything Else,” earlier this week to discuss my lawsuit against the University of California (UC). As a transplanted Californian to the Great State of Florida, I have been impressed with Joe’s legal efforts here in the Sunshine State against the Covid bioweapons shots, even suing the DeSantis administration to ban the shots.
In our conversation, we delve into where our case against the UC currently stands, where it is going, and what we hope to achieve with it.
Of note, remember that—as you watch this interview—5.6 billion people (71% of all people on the planet) took 13.50 billion injections of these shots!1 Consider the deaths related to just one of the adverse events associated with the shots: myocarditis. According to one study, the rate of myocarditis is as high as 1326 per million2, which would imply as many as 7.4 million cases globally, or 3.7 million deaths after 5 years. That’s not to mention all the Covid-shot deaths caused by cancers, pulmonary emboli, strokes, myocardial infarct, bovine spongiform enceophalopathy, etc. Another study estimated that the Covid bioweapons shots induced an additional 17 million deaths over 3 years, globally.3 Almost definitely, that number continues to climb today, as deaths from cancers and long-term neurological and autoimmune injuries are only now being effectuated.
Pfizer’s own data—which has been shown to be a vast underestimate (since they hid many deaths that occurred in the trial arm of the study)—shows that an additional 6 people died for every 22,000 who received the shot. That means Pfizer admits to an extra 1.5 million deaths caused by the shots.
We (the named plaintiffs) and our lawyers believe that Rake et al v The Regents of the University of California has uprecedented potential to prove that the Covid shots were harmful bioweapons and to wrest back our liberties from those who have stolen them. My primary objective in filing the lawsuit was to protect our (all Americans’) right to bodily autonomy (“My body, my choice”).

Based on even the earliest reports in 2021 coming out of New Zealand, Scotland, the UK, Israel, and Canada, we believe and allege in our lawsuit that the UC has data—which they knowingly concealed—showing that their injected employees were more likely to
a) get Covid,
b) be hospitalized with Covid,
c) die from Covid,
d) die from all causes and
e) suffer many more diseases (eg, blood clots, strokes, heart attacks, cancers, autoimmune diseases, neurologic diseases, etc) than their non-injected counterparts.
If you support our case, we will be able to hire the requisite data experts to mine the UC’s treasure trove of data and prove all those things.
As I told Joe in the interview, I did not have to take the stand that I did. I could have taken the “religious exemption” (RE) and it is possible that I might still be working at UCLA (although members of our class were denied their RE’s by the UC). Instead, I was deeply concerned about those who didn’t have a voice or the courage to risk it all and stand up to the machine. That’s why I put the needs of others over the needs of my family and myself. Indeed, I did risk it all. And lost big. But I wouldn’t change a thing because I did it out of love … love for you and all those who believe in freedom.
